Armand. You managed to draw a penguin SITTING CROSS-LEGGED. My friend, I take off my hair in AWE. I thought it was IMPOSSIBLE, but you've proved me totally wrong. That is just one gorgeous piece of art and so evocative!
I cannot wait for the movie OR that book...and I have to wait till the end of JUNE to see the film! Bah!

Well, Shuku, that's the good thing in cartoons -anything is possible. I thought it would be funny for a penguin to do a yoga position. A bit tough to draw but it works. Thanks for the comment my friend.

Great drawing Armand!! My book is on the way as I type. Looking forward to seeing all the great art. Is this picture taken at Trestles. I've painted and drawn that mountain in the background from that very spot you are standing many times. That is a beautiful beach, and the waves don't get much better. I can see why you guys would go there for inspiration. Again, great drawing, super fun stuff!!

Armand, It's been awhile since I last visited, i've been so damn busy. I recently saw this book, and it looks great! I think that it's problably the best making of book since open season. As for your sketch,...what can i say...BRILLIANT WORK!! I am a big fan:)

Im not sure if it's part of the Trestles (or it could be since it's in that general area). As far as I remember, what you see from this angle is the two round nuclear power plant strucutre in San Onofre.
What is this Propecia of which you speak? Do you have any more information?
